IFBS #4: Logical Fallacies and DOING MF'ING SCIENCE

Didn't think I'd have one of these this week but something happened over the weekend to make it worth while.

First I wanna look at logical fallacies and how the supposed scientists in the fitness industry use them when the science says they are wrong (i.e. when I'm criticizing them and making little Milo Wolf cry).

Well one of their favorites is the combo ad hominem/appeal to authority of "You don't even do science."

They've used it again me, they've used it again others.

Well, watch til the end and you'll see that they'll have to find a new one for me now.

Lyle is absolutely right. Lyle has been in the game - has experience - and experience gives you a perspective that ONLY EXPERIENCE CAN GIVE. Its literally like a form processual logic.
