Can anyone help? I'm trying to track down a creepypasta I heard a couple of years ago that I can't remember the title of. It was about the thoughts of a man on his last day before retiring as an on-site safety inspector of CO2 pressurised gas cannisters.

As the plot develops we start to become aware that this man is a lot younger than we initially thought and as to why he is about to retire. Its not so much horrific as sinister, and is truly creepy in the fullest sense of the word.

It was one of those stories that you don't think much about as you are listening to it but later you start thinking about its implications and, though it's a work of fiction, wonder how many people like the safety inspector character there are out there. Its haunted me ever since. Let me know if you remember it, I'd love to hear it again.
