Girls Rock! Indy summer camp 2018

Young girls participated in the 2018 Girls Rock summer camp at the Informatics and Communications Technology Complex at IUPUI, where they learned how to play instruments and write music, all while gaining self-confidence.

I was at this camp this year, for my third year, and it's amazing. It really teaches you to find your voice. I played bass first year, and drums second and this year. I liked it enough that I tried out for percussion at my middle school, where they only chose ten people out of everyone who tried out who's schools were linked to it, and got it.
I cannot tell you enough how much I recommend this camp.
