MAN Energy Solutions manufactures tailor-made integrally geared compressors, also known as multi-shaft compressors.

Every MAN RG compressor starts its journey in Berlin, where the main components such as the gear set for the compressor unit are manufactured, assembled and tested in our own production facilities. This ensures the highest quality, as all parts are monitored by our specialists. Each gear set that leaves Berlin is balanced and has undergone a test run to guarantee the highest quality and best satisfaction.

After production the gearset is transported to Oberhausen for final assembly. In Oberhausen, a variety of tests (mechanical, performance) are conducted.
