12:10 Suggestion for that part of your collection/shelving: For the unlit portion, you should instead add gold/yellow lighting to it to further signify the immense value of that side of your shelves, as well as to just further differentiate it from the rest of your collection, highlighting them in a sense. It'd be a pretty sick contrast, I feel. I know it might be a lil' bit on the nose here, but it'd also be a super dope, but subtle reference to that suitcase MacGuffin at the end of Pulp Fiction, y'know? ;)

Hey Ryan - your house is très belle, and it was so awesome to watch this video (its very time capsule worthy). You are super entertaining and being an AFOL and a Dad, I have to say that its amazing how spotless your home is.
