AMVR VR Glasses Spacer and Prescription lenses

It's plain to see that I wear glasses, and when using a VR headset I need to keep them on and this, can be a problem because when moving fast your glasses can come off, and maybe scratch your expensive pancake lenses on the Quest 3.
