Children of Morta was my favourite game last year, played through with my teenage son. Hotshot Racing still has too much rubber banding for me but good fun. The cyan/magenta look of eternal castle is definitely Spectrum-esque. Oh and I think It came from desert is ST/Amiga era. Great list this week, cheers.

Ultra age had a Japanese/English physical release, it also has had an EU (Germany I think due to the usk logo) physical, and now limited run are doing it in the USA too. Just wanted to let you know guys. Great video as always

I'm glad I've gotten Sakuna: Of Rice & Ruin Divine Edition. Was $60 but there are close to $100 these days. Glad I got it because those sweet goodies like artbook, soundtracks and omomari charm are nice to have. The game is nice.
I don't spend a lot of digital but do spend some including both Anodyne games, classic Doom, Doom 3 and both Data East arcade games, Gate of Doom and Wizard Fire when there were on sale.

Love me some Moonlighter, though I really should pick up the DLC. Also have Hotshot Racing which is great fun in short bursts.

The disappointing thing is stuff like Beautiful Desolation will never be that cheap here in North American due to NoAs random $1.99 limit. Some publishers have realized that it doesn't have to apply to Canada and Mexico, but sadly Qubix/Klabater/All in/ whichever pub this is have not, and so we're stuff at $2.

so i was playing and loving pokemon. then i got tactics ogre, then i may have found both persona 5 on sale in the last day of the black friday e shop sale and ordered mario rabbids sparks of backlog but all games that im looking forward to playing!!!

Eternal Castle seems to use the old CGA graphics set from early PC games!

Ultra Age does have a physical edition. I bought it on Play Asia
