I'm late to the Jojo party, only just finished Part 5 last week, but the soundtrack is killer and this motif always stuck out to me.

It's so simple, but it's got a lot going for it. Some light brass and violin, that one part is absolutely divine. Maybe it's the fact that it's midi that gives it such a nice tone.
