15:50 my answer will be false we can not say every rational number is a fraction because in fraction we don’t write like this for example -4/5 is this fraction? So, all rational numbers cannot be termed as fractions. Only those rational numbers in which 'p' and 'q' are positive integers are termed fractions.

How the2/-8 is negative. To be a negative rational number the minus sign should be placed on numerator. The decimal number should not be placed in denominator
