I have been carrying the Swiss Army 7 for 2 farming seasons. I love it. I use the saw for small limbs hanging over rows and the awl for marking on metal plows more than anything.

I do lots of community volunteering (green spaces, habitat improvements, etc). The SAK 7 has been my pocket knife of choice for the past 5 years. The hawksbill is fantastic. The main blade is of decent stock. I love the wee saw but which is was slightly thicker, with some sort of locking mechanism.

Oh gosh, I was all for it; till I found out there's no scissors: come on... I guess, if I do get one; it'll be the outrider: I just have a tiny swiss army knife. However I'm looking for something in particular; alongside my Syderco folder: but it must have scissors, a robust blade, and be fairly thin. Thanks for the review brother.

Great knife. I think it woule be better with the combi tool from the Bantam - instread of the flathead/cap lifetr. But a very capable knife. Gotta love these alox knives!!!!

If they replaced the saw with scissors it wouldn’t be a harvester any more and would be far more of an indoors than outdoors knife that it is now. The saw is what draws me to most SAKs.

I managed to tap small holes in the alox for a bail while out camping iv used all the tools in one day its a gteat tool
