It is fine if you failed it, but it isn't late to start again, as long as you're serious about it do it I believe in you, and to anyone who needs this, when you feel the urges, just do some quick squat jumping and a workout listening to a motivating song that reminds you of motivational channel, that will remind you the reason you started, I personally listen to "Little Dark Age MGMT Remix" and I also, add it in every playlist I listen to incase I need a reminder, motivation will build Decipline, and decipline will build consistency. We all got this, there's no problem failing it but atleast don't try failing on purpose when you have full control.
