One thing I was thinking is how to combine this with customer acquisition metrics. Basically scoring your free trial/fremium users, creating that 1st party data based on PLQ, DAU, NPS and underlaying this date to your ABM or other marketing efforts for look a likes. So you get more of the high propensity to purchase consumers. Sales is happy, product is happy, marketing is happy, commercial is happy, all around happy :))
