I have always loved Amanda, way more than Ariana, but after watching the movie Wicked, I’m sorry my dear Amanda, but the role of Glinda went absolutely to the RIGHT person. Ariana was born to play this character.

I looked it up because I didn't buy that this was her audition tape or anything, this is Amanda in hair and makeup for a Lancome commercial, nothing to do witj Wicked. That being said, I do find Amanda is a bit too ethereal and quirky for Glinda, I don't think she could quite sell her conniving, meaner sides, although she does sound great. It seems like she is singing this off the cuff, that's pretty impressive 👏🏻
