The most confident I’ve felt is when i have a black shirt or tshirt on, especially full sleeved ones with the sleeves folded. Days at work (when i was an intern in med school) automatically became 10x better when wearing black. Wearing the white coat with black just gives a different feel altogether.

Absolutely agree with all the 8 items you've mentioned here, though I'd like to add 2 more based on my own experience:
9. Neckties: As I wear dress shirts regularly(along with plain/textured T-shirts), one other way of upping the confidence game is to wear a necktie once a while, with or without a suit(works well in combo with denim & dress shoes for me!) It just makes me feel smarter!
10. Waistcoats: This is perhaps the most underrated yet incredibly attractive, and a level up from just wearing a necktie+shirt which is pretty nice by themselves, but a waistcoat really elevates my confidence to a whole new level without the bulkiness of a suit blazer. It makes me look so streamlined and sophisticatedly classy, as if I were at some summer cocktail party(and I do wear it when playing at certain music gigs) and of course it complements a suit blazer well apart from standing out on its own. And it works well with all 3 of Denim, chinos & dress pants! One caveat though IMO: It stands out better when in combo with a tie that gives a good contrast of color to it, otherwise it can look a bit iffy. But once you get the hang of it, lots of women will love it!

I watch your videos because i love your restrained style when so many youtubers go OTT. that being said, the videos i've had the most fun watching was where you absolutely ripped to shreds some of the most popular aftershaves and watches that men like, it was both refreshingly honest and amusing :)

I found myself in a position where I needed a tuxedo several times over a few months for black tie events. I found one on sale at Nordstrom Rack and snapped it up. Because I also was a very part time singer I needed it for performances. Paired with a bow tie that I learned to tie, (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as my GF loved untying it!) the outfit really boosted my confidence!

I gotta say I love your videos and you have always been pretty spot on, I also suggest you make a video on how attractive a man is when he is simply driven and focused on his path and goal as opposed to outside distractions. I noticed when I stopped caring and focused on myself everything started to flow. When a guy finds his passion a girl will feel 20 times more attracted to him because he shows confidence and dominance in that area. Most of the guys I have seen and helped have been primarily ones who chase girls instead of their mission and end up not getting either.
