Scooby Doo on Zombie Island and The Witche’s Ghost Absolute masterpiece

I think ‘Scooby Doo meets the Boo Brothers’ is vastly underrated. It may not have the best twists and turns but its so cartoony and wacky at times, theres so many characters that make it so crazy and fun to watch.

Zombie island terrified me as a kid but it was always my favorite. Terror time again is still a bop to this day

The Cyber Chase, Zombie Island, and The Witch's Ghost were my total favorite movies growing up. I loved the character development, the twists, the turns, and the originality those films had while still honoring the Scooby-Doo legacy. No sequel nor reboot would ever defeat these masterpieces.

"Cyber Chase" holds a place in my heart since for some reason, it was one of the Scooby movies that Cartoon Network showed multiple times.

The Hex Girls made a welcome return in the Legend of the Vampire and have since become fan-favorite side characters. The titular vampire is a rather dark and different take on the monster than expected for a Scooby-Doo project. Scooby-Doo and the Legend of the Vampire would be the blueprint for a massive lineup of movies to take inspiration from.

Scooby Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf definitely deserves a top spot on the list. It's one of my favorite Scooby Doo films.

Zombie Island, Cyber Chase, Aloha, Alien Invaders, The Witch’s Ghost and The Loch Ness Monster will always be in a Special place in my heart.

I use to watch these movies all the time when I was at my Nan’s house when I was younger.

Edit: I forgot to mention “Where’s my Mummy”

Kept hoping Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf might pop up somewhere on the list, at least an honorable mention. It was always one of my favorites growing up.

The Zombie Island-Cyberchase era will always be scooby doo at its best. Also the early 2010s movies (Abracadabra-Frankencreepy) were pretty good.
Love the fact that everybody agrees on Zombie Island and Camp Scare being masterpiece

Legend of the phantosaur also very underrated, but happy to see it was an honorable mantion

I'm 32 years old and I still love Scooby Doo, especially the older movies and the ones from the 90's. My Top 10:
1) Witch's Ghost (will always be the all time best, but that's mostly due to Tim Curry and the Hex Girls songs.)
2) Ghoul School (was my favorite until Witch's Ghost came along. I never missed it when Cartoon Network aired it. I was ecstatic to see it included here.)
3) Cyber Chase
4) Alien Invaders
5) Scooby Doo Meets the Boo Brothers (that one at least needs to be an honorable mention. Scrappy's at his best.)
6) Zombie Island (I know it technically is the best one ever made, but that movie scared the s*** out of me the first time I watched it and I've never been able to watch it again, even to this day.)
7) Loch Ness Monster
8) Reluctant Werewolf
9) Where's My Mummy?
10) Scoob (the new one wasn't bad and honestly, it was worth watching the movie to hear them play stock footage of Don Messick's Muttley laugh).
And even though they don't count since they're not feature length movies, I'd include the entire '70 series of "The New Scooby Doo Movies" which included crossovers with other cartoon characters and with celebrities. That's my favorite series of the entire franchise.

That was the very first movie I ever saw as a kid, Scooby-Doo and the Alien Invaders. Pure nostalgia

Scooby Doo! Camp Scare (2010) is also a VERY well done direct-to-video movie. It has a good mystery, lots of fun characters, and very, very good animation. Compared to most of the other direct-to-video movies the animation is VERY lush and well done. Great shading, very good backgrounds, and the characters are well-drawn and look better than they ever have before. In Zombie Island and Witch's Ghost, the characters have a very "anime" look to them. This prevailed for a long time, but Camp Scare has none of that, and is beautiful looking. The mystery makes sense and provides some nice, kid-scary moments. Compared to many of the direct-to-video movies, this one has a true, feature-length story, instead of lots of silly, running around fill sessions. There are good songs, great voice acting, and very detailed animation. For example, even the sandwiches that Shaggy and Scooby eat, look like real sandwiches and you can identify every part of the sandwich (meat, cheese, lettuce, etc). There are kids that go along for the mystery adventure, and our gang act as mentors, teaching the kids how to do camp activities and to believe in themselves. Because of this, the kid characters grow and develop believably, allowing our gang to be more adult for the first time. Plus, Velma is pretty in this one, and looks good in a swimsuit, and is pursued by one of the characters, instead of Daphne getting all the attention as usual. It's nice to see Velma looking pretty and having fun doing camp activities, while maintaining her charm, intelligence and commitment to solving the mystery as well as being a very good mentor to an emo girl who usually isolates and avoids social activities. Velma helps her come out of her shell and she begins to enjoy camping. Fred also acts as a mentor to another kid, allowing Fred to be more than just a goof that traps things as he usually does. It's just a very well-done entry in the pantheon of direct-to-video Scooby Doo films. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

In Zombie Island, Witches Ghost, Alien Invaders & Cyber Chase; A little detail that I like is you noticed that throughout those movies Fred, Velma, and Daphne all change up their looks but Shaggy is the only one to retain his original look in all 4 movies with the Green shirt & Brown pants

Zombie Island and The Witch’s Ghost. They were the movies of my childhood and have a tight hold on my heart.

Edit: How did I forget about Alien Invaders?

"Straight Outta Nowhere: Scooby-Doo Meets Courage the Cowardly Dog" was such a nostalgia trip for me when I saw it last year. Made me miss the Cartoon Network I grew up with when I was a kid.
