2:21 i feel big possibility to that design. some countries that have oil/gas pipelines, when they replace old lines to new ones, they can chop a pipeline to pieces, burn the internal walls, paint on them all in pink and provide equipment like light, telephone, tv or wifi. which can solve the immigrant issue.

The Ice hotel is actually very peaceful place to stay the night.  Just brings warm clothes.
