The most important part of a PC is its power supply. Ensuring you are at the top of the efficiency curve is a great way to give you the best stability as well as cost savings. Utilizing uninterruptible power supply units also protects your PC from surges, brownouts, and blackouts. On full load they will give you plenty of time to properly shut down your PC, or while doing light loads like web browsing with the right UPS unit you can have your PC running for well over an hour. I'm currently working on a have a corsair 1000D case, 3 big rads with 24fans push pull configuration, ek magnitude cpu block, ek front and back active cooling plates for a RTX 3090 strix gpu, 2 D5 Pump Res combo, and a threadripper 3960x cpu .

I'm using a corsair HX1200 watt power supply . I believe I'm dangerously coming close to the power limit ! Do u suggest a bigger power supply ? Or can I split up the power with a smaller corsair SF 1000L fully modular power supply ??

I'm not sure if I can mix and match the power supplies?

This is way cooler, there's another version like that but with a printed circuit board, i prefer just the cable. Question: when you shutdown the pc, does the second supply shut's down too?

I'd love to see your temps under load, from my experience thermoelectric cooling often can't keep up. Maybe you have a huge TEC idk

Love your work, keep it up!

Quick question about the way you're splitting that power: Since that gpu you're splitting off is probably already balancing input power from the psu line and the mobo express line (I assume they all work like that), what would happen if there were to be a ground loop between the two terminations? It seems like you'd want to ensure that the grounds for each line were tied together somehow at the gpu. They might already be tied together internally, it probably depends on what the manufacturer decided. Any thoughts on this?

what's up man! amazing build you have there. I want to do the same in a near future, but my question is, why do you need that splitter for the motherboard? it's not enough connecting the motherboard to the psu 1? i mean, that dummy part of the cable does something? thank u bro!!

Really nice build. What kind of case is that to hold 2 power supplies. Love that Sub Zero Cooler you got there too. I gotta get my hands on one of those.😊
