This may just be the best ice cream you’ve ever had! The perfect texture and creaminess, combined with the great taste of Kahlua and Baileys.

Kahlua & Baileys ice cream

2 cups whip cream
1 can condensed milk
¼ cup strong coffee
¼ cup Kahlua
2 Tbsp Baileys
½ cup chocolate chips mixed with 1 Tbsp cream

Whip cream to stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, mix together condensed milk, coffee, Kahlua & Baileys.
Add half of this mixture to the whipped cream, folding in and/or mixing very little. Then add the 2nd half and mix again. Pour into a container and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate and cream over low heat and then drizzle over ice cream. Freeze overnight before serving. Add a tablespoon of Kahlua or Baileys when serving if you like.
