For the rear bumper harness just splice in a different set of connectors with the same number of terminals.

That rear wiring is toast. The insulation will be flaking off it in no time from the heat it took. Even the metal is not the same in the rear as it was from the heat. It will be very brittle and heat tempered now. Most of that interior is toast too, you will never get the smell out if you reuse any of it...
