Solo Camping on a Mountain Top

I set out to camp on the summit of Mt Owen which is the highest point in Kahurangi National Park New Zealand. I take my Nemo Hornet Elite tent for this trip and try and keep my pack weight down as low as possible as its a massive climb up to the summit. Conditions are challenging at times but over all a great camp. I hope you enjoy the Video.

Just got to catch up on some of your older videos Abel. Wow, now that’s a high hike and camping experience. A little nerve wracking to watch the wind during the night for you. You do push yourself to the limit but at least you keep yourself safe and know your limits so that’s good to see and you really appreciated your very scenic experience up there on that mountain which makes it all worth it for you.
