This nicely-done video was part of a class on spies in the revolution. However, bloopers...

2)For later time periods: Except for single-clothespin items (socks, etc), 1 clothespin holds the corners/edges of 2 adjacent pieces of laundry. Gaps are extremely inefficient. Clothespins and clothes lines must be fully utilized; each is a finite resource.
3)Minor detail: Cotton line is less apt than hemp to leave short, itchy fibers in your clothing.
