I cannot understate how much stuff like this fucked me up, knowledge that is honestly left in a book and not in your head spiraling well beyond the bounds of practicality into anxiety and existential dread. I've gotten better but I'm reminded of some lovecraftian quotes that essentially amount to. "Sometimes its best not to know."
