I was thinking since it's just foam, you should squish it flat, so it won't keep getting stuck & pulled back when putting on the shoe. Then you should be able put on your shoes without it getting pulled back to the top of your foot, & it'll just expand on its own while in your shoe.

I’ve bought these and they actually work hella well in my Nike dunk lows the regular size ones work best! These actually are hella dope! Work well with the Nike Jordan 1s too

Maybe the crease beast kept moving around because ur shoes are too BIG just my opinion. Mine don’t move around @ all.

If you cut the plastic ones the right way and fit them in the shoe right you can not feel them. I wear them almost everyday and they help all my kicks.
