Retrocombs C16 64K Upgrade Test/Fix Continued

A while back @retroCombs asked if I could check out his SaRuMan 64K upgrade module.

He later stated it still didn't seem to work in his. A bit later he dropped off his C16 and it has been here staring at me. I've been needing to check it out and this video is my doing just that. See if I have any luck!
