So I'm super new to Facebook Ads and you are doing such a great job explaining Business Manager. Way better than about 8 other tutorials I've already tried to glean an understanding from. I'm still struggling with some basic things that i think are tripping me up while trying to learn the other basics. Do Ad Accounts not have to be associated with a specific business page? Say I'm running ads for three different business pages. It seems like it doesn't matter what Ad accounts are used for what business pages. Which seems odd to me. Am I missing something?

Hey, I'm really enjoying this course, but something is driving me crazy. I'm learning how to create ads in Business Manager, but do you know if Facebook recently removed the option to "Create Ads" in the drop down menu on personal profile pages? I still see the option to manage ads, but no "Create Ads" above that.
