Hey Dylan! Great content. I appreciate you putting this out here for free. One suggestion for the YT algorithm is you may be able to get more organic reach by breaking down each chapter in to an individual video and throwing them all into a playlist. YouTube likes those high watch time percentages :)

Hey Dylan, awesome video, haven't finished watching it but so far very good, awesome insights, however im facing a little bit of an issue trying to mind map the product for the company im running ads in. We are a non profit organization that basically finances online and in class courses and adult formation, most of them are financed by third party government companies, but we also have some non financial courses. My big issue is finding out the problem part of the "product" since they are courses in alot of diferent areas (digital marketing, elderly care etc). How would you go about creating a marketing solution for this specific scenario? Because we more than "sales" need people to sign up for the courses, thats our main objective.
