Syil x4 new drive pulley and new motor bearings

I noticed a noise coming from the quill on my Syil x4. Turned out to be a dodgy bearing on the motor.
So in this episode we replace one of the drive pulleys and fit new bearings to the drive motor.
This made a significant difference in vibration and hence the surface finish on machined parts.

Hi long shot I have the same syil x4 plus, my laptop died that run it and I had no backups.

Would you be able to email me the mach 3 xml profile please.

Or even share your mach 3 setup please.

I've hunted everywere and syil support is shocking bad.

When spinning the milling shaft to show hall sensor those bearings did not sound too healthy.

Hate to say but there is something else that is going horribly wrong in this whole assembly. Spindle itself, the whole motor is faulty, or something else. I have the exact same Syil X4 Plus with an identical motor and no where it sounds like yours. Quite smooth, even freq, zero vibrations and reasonably quiet all together rather.

Hi do these come with a power draw bar or was that something you had to add later on? Also is it possible to make a tool change post and code some tool changing procedures? Im looking at buying a new Syil x4 as my first machine and just wanted to get some advice from an advanced user before pulling the trigger and killing my wallet. Thanks
