In 2022, my PTSD and depression started to take over my life again. It started getting so bad that I started planning my suicide. I couldn't escape my head, and I felt utterly trapped with no way out...

On Memorial Day, I was at the lowest I had ever been. That's when this song came on... and I broke down. I had heard this song so many times before, but all of a sudden things started to make sense again...I finally saw a way forward and out.

I came clean to my wife about everything during dinner that night. We quickly came up with a plan, and a couple of months later, we moved our entire family halfway across the country. It's truly amazing what the power of music can do. I'm sitting outside in my garage right now, listening to Saint Chaos, and watching my kids play. I'm a lot healthier than I've been in years and more in touch with myself than ever.

Thank you, Saint Chaos, for being a part of my story. You truly helped save my life.
