We take a ride to south down to Northern Mendocino County to visit the Standish-Hickey State Recreation Area in Leggett, California. Brody and I walk down to the Eel River and check out the trail to the Standish Tree, which unfortunately was closed during our trip. We then head over to Leggett and the Chandlier Tree (i.e. the Drive Thru Tree). It is private and not run by the state.
