2. or it helps you with comfort, 3. or it actually helps the wig to not move?
I have very fine, silky bio hair, there is no way a cap stays on my head. I can wear a wig grip though.

So sweet of you. You can try taking this method to a notch by cutting the closed end of stocking cap and putting on cut end closest to face. Secure with Got2B spray and voila- no seems show 🙋🏽‍♀️

You can use wig clips. They can be bought and sewn into the wig. Clips are very secure.
