"I want my photograph to look like the artwork from Battlefield 1"

I was thinking it was just going to look like blurry gold specks, then I was right.

Haha it looks like the sparks that fly at the end of some kdramas before they play the credits. Very very cool

I love how "retro" film is making a comeback. Just something about the rawness and feel of a picture taken on film.

It's truly, ridiculously refreshing that's real gold glitter & not another damn digital filter. Natural lightplay is nearly a lost art generations are being robbed of in sensory stimulation. I truly think losing natural lighting exposure hurts humans neurologically and mentally, so it's a salve to one's soul viewing this❤🙏 warm & beautiful, and the warmth of the music sounding like vinyl is cuisine to auditory sense, I swear. Thank you so much for sharing tangible and true craft🙏📸🖌️

Idk why people are hating this so much. I think its interesting and refreshing to not see AI make something. Quit hating start appreciating artists.

I’m so confused. Why are so many of these comments making fun of this short?

I’m not a photographer. I am, however, a consumer of photography and art. I am a person who hires photographers for various purposes. As a consumer, I’m impressed by these images in this short. And I enjoy and appreciate the step by step approach to showing off this technique.

I implore those that are in any profession, whether it’s photography or anything else, to take a moment to remember that not everyone knows what it takes to produce something. In this case, photography.

I actually skip over photography videos when they don’t explain enough about how something is achieved. It bores me, and I just forget all about it, because I am not about to go googling to get the answers to questions I don’t even know how to ask.

Remember that if you are trying to gain clients, that your content should sometimes be more like this guys’. It drew me in and I became interested instantly.

It might just be “glitter blobs” to you, but to me, I see a really neat method to getting an artistic shot.

I saw a comment that said “just sprinkle some glitter”… Well, friendo… I guess I’m more likely to appreciate something like this lens over actively spreading more microplastics into the atmosphere. The glitter is contained, so it creates no mess, and it can be used over and over again. Additionally, perhaps one day, it can be passed down or resold to the next photographer who is interested in expanding their collection of “tools of trade”.

I told you the loose glitter would be fabulous 😂❤

“I totally get it. Analog photography has that charm of the unexpected, and too much technology can take away some of that essence. Sometimes, the real value of vintage is in the imperfections or in the intuition of the moment, and showing so much equipment can feel more like showcasing tools than an authentic analog photography experience.”

That’s actually pretty cool. I always thought stuff like this was dun with photoshop or other software/apps. Neat 😊
