As for the winner, I can see either of them taking it.
It really depends on where the battle takes place.

If it is set in Sonic.Exe's game it would be a tough fight but Sonic.Exe should be able to beat RED since he has complete control over his dimension.

However, if it were in RED's game the demon hedgehog would end up in RED's digestive system in a matter of seconds.
