That knurled knob or round attachment is used to turn driver side of the ratchet with various bits attached for finger tightening or loosening faster in case you wondered.

That round plastic part is, when the nut is losen, you can screw it end by fingers. Very handy!

I have the older version (07/07) with L-shaped Socket Wrench in blue plastic box. I couldn't repair my portable generator without it. I would buy an another one but Lidl does not sell it anymore. Bacially combined this with Double Head Wrench L-Shape
