My good friend @sheldonnicholasphotog and I made a trip up to the Electric City of Scranton, PA on Sunday July 30th, 2023, with intentions of Chasing the Delaware Lackawanna's PO-74 down the Pocono Main. On this day, the Pocono Main job would be using a trio of the DL's six axle ALCO/MLWs in the GVT corporate scheme, including the last operating ALCO C636 in the world on the point, with quite husky train of grain hoppers for Ardent Mills and lumber for Bestway in tow. The highlight of our chase would be at the very beginning as we hiked down to Nay Aug Tunnel, where we would catch them a few times as the crew added cars to their train before leaving town in a spectacular display of sight and sound. Anway, enjoy the video!

Blue Skies. Fluffy clouds. A nice long freight train in rural areas. The senses filled with the ALCO touch. Reminded me of the Green Bay and Western afternoon Freight heading west with those Alcos gaining momentum. Pleasant memories 15:58
