Easy Artichoke Quiche

Ingredients:
2 cans of artichoke hearts quartered (14 oz cans)
2 cups of mozzarella
3/4 cups of heavy cream
4 eggs
1tbs olive oil
1 tbs of butter
2 cloves of garlic
Pillsbury deep dish ready to fill pie crust and pan

How To:
- drain artichokes and squeeze ALL of the water out (use your hands and a colander)
- in pan at medium heat saute artichokes and fresh garlic in olive oil and butter
- in bowl whisk eggs
-pour into bowl the heavy cream (whisk)
- add cheese, salt & pepper into bowl (stir)
- combine artichoke mixture & egg mixture
- pour mixture into pie dish
bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Made this tonight for dinner and made your Italian sub for hubby for lunch. Both were Amazing!!
