Rows indicate the time, columns are the stages. He is moving an instruction one column right in each row, indicating which stage it is at the time. This is unusual representation for pipelining, but I think it is way more logical than what is traditionally used (Rows for instructions, and columns for time)

You have a hazard higher up, between mul and sub (similar to mul and xor)

I have a question how does the processor detects when a hazard happens please explain in details .

can we use the programmable control unit technique for example by comparing some sections of two consecutive op-rands if result of comparison is true so their is a data dependency and now the control unit should operate according to the type of hazard please correct me if I'm wrong .
