I've used a Kokatat breathable Goretex drysuit for years for cold weather catamaran sailing, kayaking, and now paddle boarding. The breathable suits are more expensive, but I find I can use it in a variety of conditions in comfort which I don't think I'd be able to do in a non-breathable suit. I've been comfortable in it from winter cold to Spring when the air is warm but the water is still cold. To me the multi-piece suits look complicated and bulky, and it might just be easier to peel down your dry suit to go to the head than to undo all the seals between the pieces for those times when the relief zipper doesn't do the trick. Might have to try the 2 piece though, just to see if I'm missing something...

Thanks! Just bought a drypant and am considering a dry jacket. I give wingfoil lessons and I tow students with an efoil. Sometimes I jump off to stand and the water is just a bit too deep 😆 How much water would get in the suit? Is it doable?

Would you use a drysuit for winging or too risky?
