On Wednesday, January 19, CVS Health announced its new initiative, Health Zones, which focuses on reducing health disparities and advancing health equity in high-risk communities across the country. On this episode of CVS Health Live, leaders from CVS Health and UMOM New Day Centers will discuss how this program will work to advance health equity by addressing six key social determinants of health. WHY is there a Double-Standard with some Insurance Providers (primarily MD State Funded Insurance), when it comes to getting one's Prescriptions DELIVERED when one is a "CarePass" member?!? ... Your Corporation uses the word "CARE" a lot in Your Marketing Products (e.g., "ExtraCare, " "CarePass, " etc.), yet Don't seem to "care" about Responding to Over a DOZEN Calls to Your "Rx Cust. Serv. Dept., " to explain WHY I can't get Rxs Delivered (which happened before; until last Fall of 2021); and to Reiterate: When That is already a BENEFIT of being a "CarePass" Member (since its Inception - Several years ago)!?! ... WHY is this so?!? 🤔

... All I've gotten from Your "Cust. NON-Service" IS "Crickets, " and Being "Played like a Volleyball (within various CVS' Cust. Serv. Depts., And at my Local Pharmacy)!" 😒 🤥 🤐 🤨

You speak about "focuses on reducing health disparities and advancing health equity in high-risk communities across the country, " yet You have "Corporate Policies" that PREVENT Your "CarePass" members from enjoying their PAID-for BENEFIT of "FREE Rx Deliveries;" when they have a certain Insurance! ... Specifically those that are MD-State Funded (Medicaid) Insurance; which certainly are those that are "Most in Need, " and fall in that "High Risk" Category! 🧐
... *For Shame CVS; as this Ridiculous "Corporate Rx Policy" is Contradictory to THIS very "Initiative" that you profess to be "Focusing" on!?! ... Mere RHETORIC!! 🤨 ... 🤫
