im 11 and i play usually almost everywhere in the midfield mostly cm or when we change to our other formation cdm this video helpedd me alot since im pretty much good at drivin the ball forward passing but my stamina is soo weak like if we start a play for goal kick which im involved and i make about 2 dribbles and some passes one we score or miss after the ball goes out im dead this helped me to build up my stamina thankss soo much man
