Morimoto XBT Profile Performance Halos

Finally installed the Morimotos into the headlights. Found a 12v source for power and wired it all together, but for some strange reason the blue is not showing up. Installed the two headlights on channel 1 & 2, since I have 2 lights in each headlight, tried each one separately and still no bueno. What am I missing? Besides the blue. Maybe someone out there has been thru this situation and can shed a little bit of light on what I'm doing wrong.
