This is a dumbed down version of the Note 3. Targeting a different market. For some one looking for a midrange performing phone that happens to have a 6.3" screen. I'm waiting for the Note 3 and Sony Xperia Z Ultra. When they're out I'm sure they will be put head-to-head.
