An episode on Jahan Cross would be interesting. He's an Alderaanian Imperial Intelligence agent and basically Star Wars' equivalent of James Bond, starring in a Dark Horse Comics run called Agent of the Empire. Among his escapades are protecting a noble from Serenno, one of Count Dooku's relatives, in the wake of an assassination mission gone bad, floundering around trying to deal with his ancient fling with a deadly pirate lady, and squaring off against Boba Fett. He's done a lot more but that's just the stuff I remember.

Kyle Katarn is one of the most badass characters in all of Star Wars, his romantic relationship with Jan Ors being also just as memorable. It's a shame that, although Kyle continued to appear until the end of the war against Abeloth, we didn't know about Jan ever again after Kyle asked her to marry him during the Yuuzhan Vong Wars. They honestly made an awesome couple, like Luke and Mara
