For the last three plus years, we have been getting solicitation calls for buying our homes, some people did sell, now these entities who purchased these houses in mass often renting these houses out, property taxes are due soon, wonder if these entities are prepared for the huge spike in property taxes across the board, will a significant amount of these homes end up in a county tax sale? What if these hedge funds cant weather a big drop in the market just as these property taxes become delinquent and counties scrabble for revenue…. Good time to be debt free and in position to be “first in position” lien lender…..$
