Would like to a video if you haven't made it yet. On how a beginner can start out. Like camera settings for b-roll and settings for stationary shots and things of that nature. I'm just starting to get into this and have bought some equipment and just want to know how to do things right. Thanks in advance.

That harness isnt going to save much. Itll strip your nuts and cut your femoral artery plus that lanyard is the wrong size with no shock absorber.
Just because it hasnt happened yet you should prepare yourself for the worse because youre asking for hurt.
Also is that anchor set up to hold your body weight?
