i dont think durags can spawn in the back of the red trucks in prison bus events, only balaclavas - soviet gas mask, and thats it (except the white, pink, orange balaclava from their respective event)
although

Ash Barber has a durag spawn on the far most seat if you enter from main entrance
Ash Police Basement if you go to where the one cell is, one the first bench you see, will a du-rag could be sitting on.
Huntington - Hastings Hospital beds
In Regional Airport, there is a box in the same room where you can find the airline piece (btw theres 2 natural airline spawns but ill get there later) if you get on the roof, go back to the same area where the box is, break the glass, walk on the vent and if the box says search, it's gonna be a durag of any color.
Mackinaw Mortar has a barber, and is similar to ash barber's location description.
University has a durag spawn, it's the same building that's usually called the "Dorms" with soda hat on the 2nd floor, but this durag is on the first floor, go to the third to the last room (main entrance facing) it should be a blue double bunk bed, and a book on the bottom bed, beside that book is a natural spawn of any durag color
Regional Airport again, Airline Captain zombie can spawn in the same lobby where a natural airline piece can spawn on the counter of a table
The second spawn is a bit harder to explain without images, you know the military boxes/ crates / sleeping bags, on the right side 2nd floor, from the main entrance?
go up, if you're on one of the ends, (not the end with the repair parts) there should be another long hallway, and 2 glass doors, open them, and you should see a bunch of office cubicles and some sort of small break area, and 3 white tables next to eachother, on top of one of the white tables, is the other spawn.

the pirate hat also spawns at laundry in salem and also in the closet of g3 house and the sailor cap can also spawn at the docks of smugglers airstrip on a little stool like stair its a rare chance to spawn tho richsolace also saw it, soviet gas mask also spawns at old chapel
