I remember my oldest cousin had a waterbed in the early 90's. I was so hype to try it. I did...and I would always end up on the side wedged, and the wooden edges would tear my chins and ankles tf up when getting on or off.

Firstly a waterbed is the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in. They have a heater so they will stay at exactly the temp you set it too all year round. The mattress is a bladder with varying amounts of baffles which dictate the firmness of your bed. You have a liner which should you ever have a leak will prevent any damage to bed flooring or carpets. So yes very WARM and very COMFY. In 20 years of having waterbeds I have had two leaks both pin pricks which I repaired with cycle repair kit without draining the mattress took 10 minutes tops. Even if you stabbed the mattress with a knife providing you don't go through the liner no damage will be done, just drain mattress and replace. I would and do recommend waterbeds for anyone with back problems.
