My husband and I had the same experience with our builder who was the #1 builder in our area. It’s so frustrating… I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Don’t stop documenting and don’t stop speaking up. I wish we had stood our ground more when it came to our builders. 3 years later and still trying to correct their errors. My son had Eczema bad like that and we finally found out what was causing it. I had to change the way I washed everything everybody's clothes sheets towels everything. I found a no dye no fragrance soap used it on everything did not use any softener or smell good beads or dryer sheets. I also dried everything of his outside and all my clothes and sheets outside. The sun kills bad stuff. I also changed his foods to no bad died food no fast food at all (that's a big one). It was hit and miss on the food but I can tell you this after we stopped fast food and fried foods it changed for the better.

We built our house too and had similar issues. They are on a time crunch so they don't even care about your concerns until you walking through before moving in. They just rush through everything. Unfortunately I experienced what yall are going through so frustrating

Isla, I am now also having eczema problem on my thighs. It’s really uncomfortable especially on warmer days

We had our home built 32 years ago. We thought everything was fine. However, after we moved in found out our sliding was bad. Luckly we were able to get some money to fix it. We used the money to fix the issue by putting brick on our home, which made out home look even better. So, in the end it all worked out. PS I say prayers for your family every day.

My daughter is 18 months and reacts the exact same way to being told no milk 😂❤ I nursed her oldest sister till she was 4 and her other sister till right before her 3rd birthday so I'm not in a rush to wean her but there's some times you just have to say no lol.

I'm trying the Cetaphil cream in a tub to see if it works for my son's eczema recommended by an ICU nurse, I'll keep you posted if it works! I'm sure you've tried all the creams tho
