Free Speech is the most important rights, however when you are on a job that has a social media policy, you better read it and make sure you understand it. I worked for a state agency and they sent you the policy every year and made sure you understood it, On the job your rights are limited and also if you yell "Fire" in a crowded theater without there being one, it's not covered by the First Amendment, it's disorderly conduct. Even if you don't have to adhere to a policy, don't be surprised if your comments on social media, or emails, or phone calls come back to you in a negative fashion
