Heavy rainfall in Benin city

This is along Ikpoba Slope after heavy rain, the road is littered with dirty and smells really bad. Ikpoba river is has overflowed and buildings around it is flooded. There is also a slaughter house there and the river water is used to wash the meat we consume.
