Coding progress after one month of programming

This year I started my journey of learning to code.
In this this video I chronologically document my journey from having no experience in programming at all, to one month later.

I've been dabbling around with programming for 2 years now, but never really taken it too seriously and I feel a lot of stagnation with my skills. now that I chose CS as a career path and with uni starting in September, my goal for the summer is to become a significantly better programmer

Hell yeah man! I made a video on my channel which automatically plants trees when you watch it - tried to build it in a no-code tool but was forced to learn Python and I haven’t looked back since

I found its like learning a musical instrument. Can't just pick it up and start playing it. I've been dabbling in programming for 10 years now, just playing with it, never really sat down to learn it which I'm finally doing and now I'm understanding it vs just cutting and pasting and hoping for the best.

I started with the same video, but soon realized it was a mistake because I did not understand the later and more complicated concepts, even if the video was meant for pure beginners. I decided to temporarily stop programming and take a step back and watches an intro to computer science and programming video by free code camp whilst taking notes on it.

Good luck 👍 I also started learning Javascript almost a month ago. I challenged myself to learn JavaScript in 100 days.
I spent like 3-4 hours a day and now I feel confident.

I started to learn programming in 2020, when the pandemic set in, and my school was off. I watched youtube tutorials on python, and javascript. I abandoned python, and started web dev with html, css php and javascript. Now in 2022, I started to love nodejs, so much, that I completely shifted from web dev to server side programming.

I prefer 100 days of python on udemy, now im on day 39/100 and for me this is the best way to start with python.
